Blackmagic Ursa Mini 4K Versus 2.5K Cinema Camera

Light Form Film has released their comparison of the Blackmagic Ursa Mini versus the Blackmagic Cinema Camera 2.5K.

From the conclusion of the article:

It’s interesting, but right now it seems that the mix of global shutter, 4K resolution and body design has made me question what is my favorite camera. In a more ideal world I’d use the BMCC for anything that required the extra dynamic range but for a large portion (and nearly all portions of gimbal work) I’d use the Mini 4K. Though at the end of the day, I’m still awaiting the Ursa Mini 4.6K (you can bet I have something very very special lined up to test that capabilities, something not easily done).
